A few years ago while taking my wife to see the local colour in London we went to SoHo in London one night. Now as anyone knows you do need to keep a carefull eye on some of the locals , so like a dutifull husband while my wife and her sister were buying all the normal touristy bits I was just keeping a watchful eye.
Now there were a couple of unsavoury characters watching my wife and her sister and when my wife came out of the nearest gift shop I just whispered in her ear to keep an eye on her purse and these 2 guys.
Well I didn't know American women ( or at least my wife as well as I thought ) because the next thing I know she is in one of these guys faces and telling them she is American and in no uncertain terms that if they come near her or her family she would beat the sh?? out of them , meanwhile I am just stood there open mouthed as they hightale it away
